Malinda Malone

My name is Malinda and have been a pet groomer in Phoenix, Arizona since 1998. Prior to that I was a reserve police officer and worked at two universities in their campus safety departments. My main goal in law enforcement was to serve people and make a difference in their life’s. Now working with animals my goal is the same. Help pet owners take better care of their pets so they can live a longer, better quality life.
In 2003 I decided to open my own grooming salon. Over the next years with many changes and ups and downs, we now offer many other things than just grooming. We offer Pet Cpr/First Aid Training, Dog Training and health and wellness workshops.
Accreditation
In 2009 I became a certified Pet Tech Instructor to teach pet owners and pet professionals cpr and first aid for pets. In 2010 I became a Master Instructor. This allows me to not only teach pet cpr/first aid classes, I teach people to become instructors. I want to give pet owners and pet professionals the gift of knowledge to make a difference in their pets life.
In addition, I am a certified dog trainer and conduct group classes and offer in home private lessons.
I share my home with my 6 poms/pom mixes and 2 yellow labs. They are my joy and everything I do in life is so they have a better life.

About CPR/First Aid Training
According to the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), one-out-of-four pets would survive if just one pet first aid technique was applied prior to getting emergency veterinary care. Get prepared – and provide the best possible care for YOUR pet!
The classes are provided through PetTech with Malinda Malone being a Certified Master Pet Tech Instructor.
Malinda offers a 5 hour and 8 hour CPR and First Aid Classes. She also holds workshops on how best to care for your pet.
Our PetSaver™ Program is an eight hour course that will cover a number of valuable first aid skills and information to help keep your pets happy and healthy. Additionally, the class includes our PetSaver™ handbook, and upon successful completion each participant will receive a certificate.
